NikpV Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 Welcome to the forum - its a bit of a madhouse (please do not feed Mazhttp://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford/uploads/monthly_01_2007/post-555-1169810246.gif - the e numbers give her fits) - most of us are friendly click on the link in my signature to get to the faq - please be aware that the way the forum is set up means that you can reply to posts anywhere, but only start topics in new member introductions and trainee help - if its a technical topic it will be moved to the relevant section. You will not be able to see pictures in threads yet either - if you click on 'options' on the top right of a topic and select 'download topic', open - you will be able to see the images. When you get to 30 posts then these restrictions will be lifted. Hope this helps Quote

Dave-G Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 Welcome mate - is that car in the same garage you bought it from gio? What I'm getting at is if it's in the suppliers garage and they are paying for the work then go ahead and have them change the tensioner, particularly if it's done a lot of miles. If you are paying to have it changed due to it "bouncing" then perhaps look at this thread: belt tensioner thread All the best, Dave. Quote

I'm the one whose paying, but i will bring this to the garages attention,as they are not a badlot believe it or not. Anyone know a way around paying such huge amounts for a replacement key and reprograme?I know a lot about spending money, as i have just sold my Alfa, yet resent paying well over Quote
mumof4 Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 Have a look on ebay..keys are usually floating around on there.. Quote
